- Bank transfer after scheduling an appointment, to confirm your service reservation
- Bank transfer after your appointment with the specialist (by prior arrangement)
- Cash payment to the specialist after the appointment (by prior arrangement)
After successful payment and booking confirmation, you will receive an email with details and the address (if you don’t see the email, check your SPAM folder), as well as a message on Viber or Telegram

In the comment (or payment description) when transferring funds, please specify:
When paying for a reservation: Reservation # (your reservation number is listed on the website or in the email; this does not apply if you are paying by card after check-in)
When paying for a certificate: Payment for the certificate and the mobile phone number you provided when issuing the certificate
After the transfer, please send us the payment receipt or a screenshot of the payment
Refunds
Refund Policy for Massage Reservations
Refunds are issued only if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your appointment; otherwise, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
Important: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, your payment will not be refunded. If you cancel your appointment without notice or fail to show up, the option to pay at the appointment will be blocked, and your reservation will only be confirmed after payment is made via bank transfer.

After activating a HealthyFamilymassage gift certificate, a refund is possible within 14 days of payment, provided that the certificate has not been used
